Offline Apps Fortune

Legal

License summary

When you buy Offline Apps Fortune, you buy a license, not the software itself. The Reseller License lets you rebrand the apps and sell the branded copies under your own brand.

The full text is in the 5 License folder of your download, next to the End-User License template for your customers. This page is a summary. If it and the full text differ, the full text applies.

Draft

Draft for lawyer review

The licenses and this summary are drafts. A lawyer has not reviewed them yet, and they may change before they are final. Nothing here takes away rights that the law where you live gives you.

What you get

The compiled app files (single HTML files) of the offers you bought, with their guides, listing materials and templates. The source code is not included.

What you may do

Use the apps for your own business.

Make branded copies with the rebrand tool in each app.

Sell or give branded copies to your customers under your own brand, at any price you choose. We take no share.

Offer setup, training and support for the branded copies.

Use, edit and rebrand the guides, listing text and images to sell the branded copies.

Show the apps in demos, screenshots and videos for your own offers.

What you may not do

Share, sell or publish the source code, or try to extract it.

Sell, give or transfer the right to resell, or give your customers a resale license.

Offer the original, unbranded files as a download that others can resell.

Remove license, copyright or third-party notices.

Say that you built the engine, say that we endorse you, or use our brand as your own.

Make false claims, such as income promises, fake reviews, fake scarcity or features the apps do not have.

Add network code, trackers or hidden data collection to a copy and sell it as the same product.

Put the files where anyone can download them without paying.

Your customers

Each customer uses a branded copy for one business or one household, on its own devices. Give each one an end-user license: a template is in the 5 License folder.

You are the seller. Sales, refunds, support, taxes and consumer rights toward your customers are yours. Your customers do not get the right to resell. Tell them that their data stays on their own computer, so they must make backups.

Marketplaces

The license names no forbidden marketplace. But every marketplace has its own rules, and some restrict the resale of digital products made by someone else. You answer for the rules of every place where you sell.

The refund policy of the offer you bought always applies, including when a marketplace removes your listing. This license does not limit it. It only says what you may do after a refund: you stop selling the refunded products, and customers who bought from you before keep their copies.

Updates

The license covers the version you buy. It does not promise future versions, features or a plugin system.

Ownership

We own the apps, the engine and their source code. You own your brand, your logo, your customer relationships and the content you add.

No warranty, and a limit

As far as the law allows, the apps come as they are, and our liability is limited to the price you paid for the license. Rights that the law says cannot be excluded stay.

When the license ends

It ends if you break the rules above in a serious way, or when you stop reselling. A refund also ends the license for the item refunded. Then you stop selling branded copies. Customers who bought from you before that keep using their copies.

The other licenses in the funnel

The Agency offer comes with the Agency License. It adds the right to sell setup, branding, data import, training and support services to your clients, and it does not replace the Reseller License.

The Builder offer comes with the Builder License. It covers the builder kit and the apps you build with it: you may sell those apps under your brand, but not the kit itself.

Each license is in its own download, and each is a draft for lawyer review.
