Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy any Offline Apps Fortune product. They are written in plain words, so you can read them in a few minutes.

Who we are

Offline Apps Fortune is run by [Seller legal name], [address] ("we", "us"). You can reach us by email at support@offlineappsfortune.com.

What you buy

Our products are digital downloads: app files (single HTML files), guides, listing materials, documents and, in the Builder kit, source code. Done For You is a service: we set up a store for you by hand. Nothing is shipped by post.

Each offer page says what is included. The offer page you bought from is part of these terms.

Buying

WarriorPlus runs the checkout and takes the payment. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. The price is the one shown on the offer page and at checkout. [Lawyer: add how sales tax and VAT are handled.]

You must be at least 18 and buy for yourself or for your business.

Delivery

After payment, WarriorPlus sends you an email with an access link for each item you bought. The link leads to that item's download page. Keep the links to yourself.

Download your files and keep your own copy. We aim to keep the download pages online, but your own copy is the safe one.

What you need

A Windows or Mac computer with a desktop browser: Chrome, Edge or Firefox. The apps do not work well as downloaded files on phones or tablets.

The Builder kit also needs Node.js and Claude Code, a separate paid tool. Read each offer page for what it needs before you buy.

Licenses

You buy a license to use our products, not the products themselves. Each product comes with its license: the Reseller License for the apps, the Agency License for the Agency offer and the Builder License for the Builder kit. The License page sums them up, and the full texts are in your downloads.

If these terms and a license say different things about what you may do with a product, the license applies.

Refunds

Every offer has a 30 day refund in full, the upsells and the downsell included. The Refund policy explains how to ask.

No income promise

We do not promise any income or result. The Earnings disclaimer explains why.

Your data

The apps keep their data on the user's own computer and send nothing to us. The Privacy policy says what we receive when you buy or write to us.

Fair use

Do not use our products for anything unlawful or deceptive. Do not share download links or files with people who did not buy them. Do not make claims about the products that are not true.

Support

Support is by email at support@offlineappsfortune.com. We help you with the products you bought. You support your own customers.

Ownership

We own the apps, the engine, the documents and our brand. You own your brand, your content and your customer relationships.

Warranty

Each product does what its offer page describes. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the products come as they are, with no promise that they fit every purpose or are free of errors. Your rights as a consumer under the law stay.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for a product is the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect damage. Make backups: the apps keep data on your computer, where only you can save it. [Lawyer: check this clause for each market and for consumer law.]

Other services

WarriorPlus runs the checkout. Claude Code, marketplaces and payment providers are run by others. Each has its own terms, and we do not control them.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. Your purchase stays under the terms of the day you bought.
