This page says what data we receive, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

The short version

The apps send nothing to us. This website uses no analytics, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. When you buy, WarriorPlus shares your name, your email and your order with us, so we can deliver it, support it and refund it. We do not sell your data.

The apps

Our apps keep everything you type in your browser's storage, on your own computer. They make no internet connections, so they cannot send your data to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, recover it or delete it for you.

The data is not encrypted. Anyone who can use your computer account can open the app and read it. Backups are files that you save and keep.

If you sell branded copies to your customers, the same is true for them: their data stays on their computers, and it never reaches you or us.

The live demos

The demos are the same apps, running in your browser on our demo pages. What you type in a demo stays in your browser. To remove it, clear the site data for the demo pages in your browser settings.

This website

This website uses no analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type, to run and protect the site. [Owner: confirm how long the host keeps them.]

When you buy

WarriorPlus runs the checkout and takes the payment. It shares with us your name, your email address, what you bought, the price, the date and the sale ID. We do not receive your full card or bank details. WarriorPlus and its payment providers handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.

If you reached us through an affiliate's link, WarriorPlus may set its own cookie to credit that affiliate. That happens on the WarriorPlus site, under its privacy policy. We learn which affiliate referred a sale, so the commission can be paid.

When you write to us

If you email support@offlineappsfortune.com, we keep your message and our reply, to help you and to keep a record of support and refunds. Please never send us your customers' records. A screenshot of the problem is enough.

What we use your data for

To deliver what you bought, answer support, handle refunds, keep the records that tax and accounting law requires, and prevent fraud.

We send you emails about what you bought, such as delivery and support. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: WarriorPlus and its payment providers, our email provider, our web host, and our accountant or the authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use, within the limits of the law. In the EU and the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
