Refund policy
Every offer in the Offline Apps Fortune funnel has the same refund. Here is how it works.
Draft
Draft for lawyer review
This page is a plain language draft. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it may change before it is final. A change never shortens the refund of a purchase you already made. Nothing here takes away rights that the law where you live gives you.
30 days on every offer, the upsells included
You can get a full refund within 30 days of the date you bought. This covers the front-end and every upsell and downsell: Offline Apps Fortune, Offline Apps Fortune PRO, PRO Lite, Done For You, Agency and Builder.
Each item counts from its own purchase date, and you can refund one item and keep the others.
No reason needed
You do not need to give a reason. If you tell us what did not work for you, it helps us improve, but that is up to you.
How to ask
Write to support@offlineappsfortune.com from the email you paid with. Include your WarriorPlus sale ID and the item you want refunded. You can also ask through WarriorPlus support for your purchase.
We aim to answer within 2 business days, and we answer every request.
How you get your money back
We refund the full price of the item through WarriorPlus, to the payment method you used. When the money shows up on your account depends on WarriorPlus and on your payment provider.
After a refund
A refund ends the license for the item you refunded. Delete its files and stop using them to make or sell copies. For the Builder kit, that means you also stop selling apps built with it.
Customers who bought a branded copy from you before the refund may keep using it under the end-user license you gave them.
Done For You
The same 30 days apply, counted from your purchase, even when the setup work is already done. Your store account stays yours. The apps in it stay licensed under the offers you keep.
Please ask us first
If something is wrong, write to us before you open a dispute or a chargeback. A refund is quicker for you, and it settles the matter for both of us.
Repeat refunds
Where the law allows, we may refuse a new purchase from someone who has bought and refunded the same item before. [Lawyer: check this sentence.]
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights the law gives you. It does not take any of them away.
